10 Hip Hop Songs To Workout To

rapworkoutmusicOkay so the new year is approaching us and by now many of you have a laundry list of things on your new years resolutions list. A lot of things on that list are the usual; you know like treating people better, trying to go to church more often, saving more money for retirement etc.

But the number one thing on everyone’s list is getting in better shape. Yes, we all have that on our list, and some of us do manage to go to the gym for two weeks and fall back into our old habits. Which is unfortunate.

I find that scheduling when to go to the gym works for me best. Most folks I know choose one day a week, then three, then two again. That can be crazy and you will quickly become wary of going to the gym, I’ve seen it happen. Going to the gym has to be scheduled in order for you to get into the habit of going. You ave to plan the going to the gym around your schedule and stick to that plan.

If you can only go twice a week, so be it. Stick to those two days a week; same time and same two days. Do it for two months straight and it will become routine to you. Once it’s routine you will have the mind set to go workout without giving it a second thought.

Once I’m at the gym I find the thing that keeps me motivated is the right tunes. You have to have the right tunes to get you motivated and pumped up for a good work out. Since this is a site mainly geared around hip hop music, I thought it would be best to list a few hip hop songs that have always helped me and my boys stay motivated pupmin iron and doing cardio at the gym. This list of rap songs are both old and new, and are in no particular order. Enjoy and make sure you tell us some of your favorite rap songs you work out to.
